Insurance Protection

When bookings are made through Norli, your property is covered by insurance via Ålands Försäkringar complementing your home insurance should anything occur during the rental period. The coverage applies automatically to bookings managed by Norli, so you do not need to add or activate anything separately. The insurance can provide support if something happens in connection with a stay.


The insurance coverage includes, among other things:

  • additional protection if something is damaged during the rental period

  • compensation may apply if your home insurance does not fully cover the loss

  • support throughout the entire claims process – from documentation and case handling to follow-up

We always follow up after a guest has departed in connection with cleaning and key handover. If anything is discovered, we guide you through the process from initial reporting and documentation to continued dialogue, ensuring the matter is handled properly and securely.

Rental Guarantee

We guarantee the rent and ensure payment is made in accordance with the agreement. Once a guest has checked in, you can feel completely at ease knowing that the income will be transferred to your account.

Verified Guests Only

We only accept verified guests and assess previous reviews, carrying out additional checks when needed. We would rather decline a booking than allow a questionable guest into your home.

Always Inspections

After each stay, we conduct a review of the property in connection with cleaning. Our cleaning staff follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order. If anything is damaged, missing, or deviates in any way, we document it and contact you immediately.
